Over the years, we have catered a variety of corporate events for the largest names in each industry, including conferences, brand launches, gala dinners, award nights, cocktail parties, end of year celebrations, boardroom lunches and breakfasts, and intimate dinners.
We are known for providing a unique experience, and will work with you to ensure your corporate function is one to remember.
We work with a range of trusted suppliers, from florists and stylists, furniture and marquee hire, production and AV, entertainment and venue managers, who we can engage should you need assistance in other areas of your events.
The requirements included liaising with more than fifteen of Australia’s highest calibre chef talent including Andrew McConnell, Matt Stone and Adam Liaw among others as well as international chef MarcoPierre White to deliver a two-week program of back-to-back lunches and dinners at Canvas House in Melbourne with different talent curating each event across the calendar of events.
The Tommy Collins team were outstanding to work with. They are resourced appropriately to consistently deliver to an extremely high standard both behind the scenes and from a front of house perspective at scale.
